The villas, nestled against a wooded hillside, float harmoniously within the lush, sunlit landscape. Inspired by the rustic simplicity of 18th-century bastides, their design respects traditional practices, blending structure, body, and climate with the powerful yet sensitive natural surroundings.

The design features three layers of connection with the land. The house’s shadowy interior, carved into the earth, is illuminated by light wells, blending the boundaries between interior and exterior through large structural frames. Focused around a skyward patio, the house forms a vertical connection reminiscent of Roman villas, changing dynamically with the weather.

Soft concrete in shades of grey and white, natural stone floors that reflect light and shadow, and amber oak wood that exudes warmth and fragrance, offering tactile and visual harmony with the environment.
