The house and pool are integrated into a zero-energy design, reflecting a health-focused lifestyle. Set in the Costa del Sol, it combines a simple volume above the pool with natural materials for energy efficiency and harmony with the environment.
The main wooden-clad volume, supported by two box-like structures, houses the night areas, offering warmth and intimacy against white Mediterranean-inspired elements. Double-height spaces define the lower ground floor living and dining areas, access is via a portico, formed by a sleek white slab, that also includes the entrance and parking area.
Built to Passivhaus standards, the house features ETICS insulation, airtight windows, energy-recovery ventilation, aerothermal systems, and solar panels, ensuring top-tier energy efficiency.
