Area 450 m²
The house is designed as a floating concrete volume, integrated into the mountain landscape to prioritise panoramic views and create a continuous visual and spatial connection with the natural surroundings.
It opens fully to its natural environment, with large openings that frame the scenery while maintaining a connection to the sheltered garden.
The interplay of the house’s volumes creates a protected garden, shielded from prevailing winds, where indoor and outdoor spaces flow effortlessly into one another. Access begins with a staircase carved into the rock, leading to the bedroom level, which forms the solid base beneath the floating main structure.
